An exhibition of works by local artists inspired by Chichester Harbour and selected by Conservancy staff.

William Cobbett Walk and Readings
Sunday, 4 October, 2.15 – 4.00pm, Old Bedhampton
William Cobbett (1763-1835), free thinker, political reformer, economist and influential writer was, for much of his remarkable life, a Hampshire farmer. He singled out the farmland in our area for special praise. Meet at the car park beside St Thomas’ Church, Bidbury Lane for a short walk around the Bedhampton Cobbett would have visited during his travels. At 3.00pm approximately arrive at the Waterloo Room for dramatised readings from Rural Rides and other writings. Followed by tea.
